  First just let me say that I was forced to leave one star as this does not not allow me to leave zero or negative stars! Our family received the most rude, unprofessional service from any funeral home that we have ever encountered. One particular employee, Susie Hogan, really floored us with the complete lack of respect for our deceased loved one and insensitive remarks that she made to us. She referred to our deceased sister as a file number! When she was asked if we could see our loved one we were told" its going to cost you extra and we have to clean her up". Susie also told us that she was not at their facility and was in their "holding tank". We quickly decided we would transfer our loved one to reputable funeral home to which Susie said she would not release our loved one without us paying their fee. Come to find out their fee was to be paid by the County and SHE wanted us to pay as well! We signed their release form but did not pay them to which Susie said she would turn us in to collections and it will be at 18% interest. Based on that we will be filing a complaint with the State of Florida Division of Funeral, Cemetery & Consumer Services. I could go on and on with this woman's rudeness but I hope you have understood our message of not ever using this facility. Extremely poor rating ! I would not recommend this facility to take your pet to much less a family member!

  Cant give a ZERO.. but u all are the most ignorant people!! I hope to NEVER deal with u all... Get staff who understands and not treat people like their trash off the streets.
